Being the broker/owner, I am in the unique position to make sure fees are kept to a minimum, no upper-level management with their hands in the pot. Now, a bit about my background.
I originally began working as a mortgage loan officer in 2003, and in the time since have completed over 1,000 loan originations. While specializing in VA and FHA government loans I can provide services for conventional and non-QM/alternative loan products as well. My focus is to provide quick, efficient, and friendly service. My process is completely transparent, and my clients receive constant updates throughout our time working together. My goal is to complete the work as rapidly and painlessly as possible in a 15-to-30-day timeframe at the most competitive interest rates.

Duane was amazing to work with. He was very available for starters I did not have to wait for any answers to any questions during the home buying experience he responded to every call and text right away (believe me I had a lot of questions). Duane delivered on everything he had to say there were no surprises or inconsistencies at all not one he was very straight forward and took the time to explain everything in detail. What I appreciated the most is that he is a very real person and is easy to get along with by the end of the experience I felt as if I were speaking with a friend not just a business associate, this made our first time home buying experience very comfortable.
