Aloha. I am honored to introduce myself to you, with hopes of being your ‘Realtor’. I have chosen Hawaii real estate as my life’s career for many reasons, but none more important, than the fulfillment and great satisfaction that I get from helping people get into the home of their dreams. I was born and raised on the island of Oahu and got my start in Real Estate in June of 1991, working with the Kahala office of Century 21. This office was the top franchise office in the state of Hawaii for the years of 1988 to 1996. In my 5 years with the office, I am pleased to have had the opportunity to train and manage the new licensee agents for my last 2 years there.
After leaving the company in 1996, I took my license to Prudential Locations, where I was delighted to be back in the sales force, helping clients for another 4 years. In 2003, I joined a good friend, who had started Help-U-Sell and was now in his third successful year. The opportunity that the Help-U-Sell concept offered was to ‘Help my clients save money’, thereby getting me more business in the long run. This philosophy hit home with me and in a very short time, I made a move over to Help-U-Sell. I was so delighted with the way I was helping people, I decided to open my own franchise, after two very successful years.
In June 2005, with my partner, Debbie Young, we started Help-U-Sell Paradise Realty. I sell an average of 33 homes a year and am in the top 1% of Oahu Realtors in production. By providing excellent service to my clients and helping them keep a larger amount of equity from the sale or purchase of their home, my sales continue to grow, as I am often referred to their friends and family. This is the greatest compliment that a client can give me, and it is an affirmation that I am truly doing a good service for my clients.
In my spare time, I love the role of ‘Dad’ to my 15-year-old daughter, Kiana. She attends Sacred Hearts Academy and is learning tennis and hula in her off times. She is truly my inspiration in life. I also enjoy participating in competitive yacht racing and racquetball with my friends and fellow Realtors.
