Desiree Bilich came into the Real Estate industry in 2002 after a 23 year career in the financial industry as a financial advisor. Having been a real estate investor herself for most of her adult life, getting into the business professionally has been a dream come true. She started her career with Keller Williams in Walnut Creek where she has proudly grown her business ever since. Desiree has personally purchased, improved and sold or rented dozens of properties in various areas including multi-family. She is passionate about real estate ownership.
She has been active at Keller Williams as a mentor, one of the teaching faculty and a longtime member of the Agent Leadership Council over the years. She has grown a great team of six; under her ownership she has a great Operations Manager to oversee the day to day business, an additional administrative position, a transactions coordinator, an inside sales agent, and two experienced buyers agents. She is passionate about her team’s growth, and dedication to the care and concern of her client base.
Desiree has a many years of experience dealing with complicated selling scenarios including all types of trust and probate transactions. She has developed many long standing relationships with local trust and probate attorneys and handled many types of sales including court confirmed sales. She has acted as an expert witness and constantly continues to grow her knowledge in her field with ongoing training, reading, seminars, and classes.
She is a native Californian and has been in the Bay Area since 1991. Desiree has raised two wonderful kids here, a son, Jordan who just finished college abroad and her daughter, Ashlynn in her second year of college in Southern California. Desiree stands behind our troops and admires their strong, courageous strength. She is fortunate to personally support her nephew, Austin who served in the military.
