We purchased a house few months ago, and we have the opportunity dealing with Dean, he was an excellent person, very helpful, kind. He gave us his personal cell phone for any questions we may had, he answered his phone at any time, very professional and organized. The process was smooth. After dealing with few loan officers in the past, and having bad experiences, I can only say this was a very good experience and very impressed with the time and the way his office handled our business.
