As an Enrolled Agent, the IRS has granted me unrestricted representation for all my clients on all tax matters. This means I help my clients through IRS tax audits. In the past decade, I reduced tax liability for my clients by over $1,000,000 in audits and over $225,000 in professional preparation vs self-prepared (this is limited to the client that have chosen to share with me their self-prepared work.)

Tax preparation by me is done in an optimal way; I want my clients getting the largest refund or pay the least tax as legally allowed over their lifetime. I focus on individual returns, small business returns, and rental real estate returns.

I work with my wife who is a Licensed Immigration Consultant. She and all the employees speak Spanish. I’m studying Spanish daily and am happy to provide services to the Hispanic community in Utah County.

This was my second year doing my taxes with Dave at tax pro of provo. I came back because he holds true as a Ramsey ELP in that he is complete, thorough, and has the heart of a teacher. I walked in, no appointment, and the first thing I asked was “hey Dave, ya busy?” His answer “extremely… come on in!” And we sat down and went through my filing with a fine tooth comb. Dave is extremely knowledgeable and answered every question I had as if he wrote the book. I highly recommend tax pro, and Dave specifically. I look forward to working with him for years to come.
