D’Ann grew up the daughter of a Fort Hood firefighter and has always had a passion for helping those that choose to serve our community and our country. After graduating from The University of Texas in 2001, D’Ann began her real estate career with a major production home builder before obtaining her real estate license in 2003. In 2005, she earned her Associate Broker’s license and relocated to the Washington DC Metro area. Having made a cross-country move herself a few times, she truly understands the unique challenges that come with a military relocation. D’Ann loves problem solving, and believes in business with a personal touch! A bit of a techie, you will rarely see D’Ann without my iPhone, iPad or lap top, so it is always easy to reach her.
D’Ann lives with her husband Andrew in Rockville, Maryland, right on the Bethesda/Rockville border. She is licensed in DC, Virginia and Maryland, and is well-versed in the nuances of each neighborhood, so assisting her clients with area selection is a specialty! Regardless of where she calls home, D’Ann strongly believes in giving back to the community, particularly when it comes to military and Veteran related causes. She has volunteered with the Montgomery County Coalition for the Homeless, working on various projects to assist the eradication of Veteran homelessness. She is also a member of the American Legion Auxiliary at VFW Post 86 and has participated in various activities with Team RWB. In 2019, she and her husband volunteered to raise a future service dog with Hero Dogs, Inc. and D’Ann is currently serving on their Board of Directors now that Hero Dogs Monty has gone on to the next phase of his training.
