Chuck Harmon

Chuck is a practicing attorney in addition to being a long time real estate Broker with an extensive track record in property management, mortgage lending, investment properties and residential sales. He obtained a B.S. Degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Juris Doctor degree from Oak Brook College of Law. He is an active member of both the Santa Cruz and Santa Clara County Bar Associations. Chuck has always enjoyed the legal aspect of real estate. His substantial experience in working successfully with so many clients over many decades enables him to more fully relate the “Law” to clients in this arena. He enjoys doing construction projects, both large and small, driving and working on sports cars, and living near the coast of Monterey Bay.
