Chris Balmaceda is an Arizona native and grew up in the west valley. He graduated high school in 2005 and attended Glendale Community College and Rio Salado College.

Chris brings almost 20 years of customer service experience to his business. Being a Realtor as become more than a job for him but is a passion. It is something he takes pride in and has been doing for over 4 years now. He has sold over 70 homes in that time helping clients buy and sell. His experience ranges from first time home buyers to regular investors. Chris’ mantra and slogan, he runs his business on is simple “you’re more than a transaction”. He knows that this is your journey and he is just here to guide you through it. Chris embodies what it means to put the client first no matter what. When you are done closing the deal you will find that you have gained a new friend and someone who will always be in your corner.
