Chris Shoup

Chris grew up living in Mississippi, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas and Iowa. After attending college in Jacksonville, Chris and his wife, Heather, moved from Florida to the Carolinas for several years before returning to the bay area in 2009. Chris and Heather are parents to 3 wonderful boys. He enjoys spending time with family, traveling, fishing and watching hockey.

Professionally, Chris is a CFP® Practitioner and has two finance-related degrees from the University of North Florida. His entire career has been dedicated to serving individuals and families in the financial services industry. Before founding Southshore Financial Planning he spent 11 years at one of the largest financial institutions in the country where he was directly responsible for a $700 million client practice.
