About Chris Franquemont
Based out of Colorado Springs, Chris Franquemont applies years of industry knowledge to structure home loans in a way that is most financially responsible for the buyer. He prioritizes creating a stress-free home buying process by effectively communicating with all members involved in the transaction, making ourselves available nights and weekends, and valuing our clients individual and unique needs. Specializing in structuring loans that best fits the client’s current and future financial needs. He came to Guaranteed Rate from Northpointe Bank, where he worked as a loan originator as well as on the operations team as a processor. His experience processing home loans allowed him to master skills such as recognizing the best program for borrowers, in depth knowledge of guidelines, and identifying key documents needed to navigate tricky loans. From the operations side, Chris learned the ins and outs of what is needed to qualify a buyer for a loan. He is also able to give a unique insight into non-traditional ways of structuring loans to help clients qualify for what they need.
Chris is a Colorado native graduating from Pine Creek High School and later UCCS with a bachelor’s degree in economics. He loves the Denver Broncos and takes his fantasy football league way too seriously.
