Cheryl C. Malandrinos is a lifelong resident of western Mass and an award-winning REALTOR® with Real Living Realty Professionals in Wilbraham. With a background in management, financial services, and social media marketing, she has found her passion in helping people pursue the American dream of homeownership.

Cheryl is Secretary of the 2020 REALTOR® Association of Pioneer Valley and serves on the Board of Directors. She is a member of the Government Affairs Committee and chairs the Communications Committee. Ms. Malandrinos specializes in first time home buyers, short sales, and new construction. She earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® designation, Pricing Strategy Advisor certification, and Real Estate Negotiation Expert certification.

Early in her career, she knew working with military families would be an important focus of her business. With a father, brother, and father-in-law veterans of various branches of the service, she wants to do all she can to help the veteran community take advantage of their benefits. She earned her Military Relocation Professional certification to ensure she can provide the highest level of service, and is a local advocate on veterans issues.

A wife and mother of three, Cheryl is a published author and freelance editor. She is Treasurer for WriteAngles, Inc. and serves on the Board of Directors of Rick’s Place in Wilbraham.

We are so glad that we used Cheryl Malandrinos for our most recent purchase. Because condominium purchases can be tedious and complicated, we needed someone who really understands the process and Cheryl had all the right information. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and a great communicator. Also, even though the seller was difficult to work with, she was able to negotiate everything we needed to close quickly.
