Chad King is ready to help you buy your new home! Chad was born just outside of Knoxville, TN and has lived in Middle Tennessee for nearly 20 years. After obtaining his Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and his Masters Degree in Sports Business at the University of Tennessee, he spent 15 years in the business world and in ministry serving as a Children’s Pastor.

By transitioning into the Real Estate field, he brings knowledge, value, and integrity to this already dynamic team, in addition to caring and loving people. Chad currently resides in Lebanon with wife (Whitney) and five children. With both a passion for people and for real estate, he is sure to find the perfect home for you!

Chad is a real pro, working closing with his costumers, leading them step by step from finding a home, thru contract, house inspection, finances and closing day.
