In 2006, Caroline found her passion for Medicare while helping her parents navigate the system, leading her to make it her specialty. Since founding Insurance Matters in 2013, she has focused on advocating for her clients, ensuring they understand their options and receive personalized coverage. With offices in Fort Wayne and Warsaw, Indiana, Caroline is licensed in multiple states and committed to making insurance easier to understand for everyone she serves.
