Whether due to just turning 65 and becoming eligible -or- retirement is finally here and you (perhaps with spouse) are leaving group coverage, I can help you fit the puzzle pieces together for a timely smooth adjustment into Medicare that fits your circumstance.
I support many folks—including veterans, with their transition into local Medicare coverage in Texas. Those who have served our country deserve free education, explanation, consultation and answers to all their questions when preparing or modifying health care options for themselves or spouses.
I take the rich examples of services from my grandpa and uncle in the US Army to a parent’s pride with a son graduating from the US Naval Academy and his officer service in the US Navy Submarine Community. I know all who defend our great country in all eras and commitments deserve respect and kindness. I currently volunteer delivering Meals on Wheels to home-bound seniors and veterans; and am active in our community Senior Services Alliance providing needed Emergency Kits, Cooling supplies, Cleaning Supplies, Pet Food, and Thinking-of-You Flowers to these same folks. My husband and I also serve our community in our very active local C.E.R.T. (Community Emergency Response Team).
In your health care opportunities, I seek to be your Medicare insurance agent providing service in your enrollment process and to be your continuing resource throughout each year. I explain Medicare vocabulary so it makes sense in real life, check doctors for in-network status, and if needed review Rx medications for inclusion within your chosen plan. Often dental, vision, and long-term care is also desired in retirement.
