Carol moved to Arlington Texas in 1978 from East Texas , had a son in 1985 and a few years later became a soccer mom. Carol Supported her son’s teams throughout 2004 working on many fund raisers to assist with uniforms, balls and other expenses, but Carol and her husband enjoyed the almost year round soccer events and buying all those sport shoes! Carol left a management career in 1993 to become a realtor and join the real estate industry. Over the years Carol has been recognized with many awards such as Team Player, Realtor of the Year, Top Producer, Top Lister, Top 5%, Diamond Club, Leading Edge but Carol will tell you the best reward is seeing the smile on clients faces the day of closing and the telephone calls and cards a later date with words of appreciation.

Carol Cash was amazing! She sent us lists of homes to review and showed us the ones we told her we liked. She was super quick to respond to our emails and messages. She answered every goofy homebuying question we had. She offered great advice. She helped keep us motivated even when we thought we’d never find a house.
