Hi! My first 16 years were selling and investing in real estate in Long Beach, Huntington Beach. I moved to Dana Point in 1991 after restoring a Doheny Mansion. I raised my family there, then after tiring of fighting the freeways moved to Palm Desert. Since having an in depth and varied knowledge of three areas, and with the real estate information at my finger tips I am able to help my customers and friends in all three areas. My ability to negotiate strongly as well as personal communication gives my customers peace of mind when buying or selling through my services. Old school ethics and focus as well as new school technology. I make house calls!

I started my real estate career after a two year enlistment in the Marine Corps and college. I obtained my real estate license by taking college courses, no week end “past the exam course.” Real estate has been my only career. When I started there were no computers, and a wireless phone was a novelty. There were no faxes or e-mail. And the MLS was not even a book, just stapled pages we received once a week. I am a dinosaur! At one time I was the youngest corporal in the USMC, 18 and seven months. I drove an amtrac. I will still fight for you and represent you to the best of my abilities and values.

My recent hobby was restoring old cars. I try to keep this fun and enjoy the people I work with. Are you one of them? Carl is fantastic! He has helped me with real estate needs for over ten years. He is diligent, knowledgeable, excellent negotiator and easy to work with. Most recently he helped negotiate with a commercial broker on an office building. He put a great deal of effort into the study of the tenant mix and income analysis. With his help I was able to determine the value of the asset in relation to the asking price and understand the market conditions. Carl brings a great deal of savvy skills to the table.
