Brad was recommended to me by a friend and real estate agent in California. Having recently moved to South Dakota I did not know many agents. We were immediately impressed with Brad’s professionalism, honesty, and communication. Brad’s experience shows through in his interactions with his clients, other agents, and the various 3rd parties involved in any real estate transaction. Brad’s interpersonal skills are also excellent, which he demonstrated by promptly following up with us (on our many requests) before, during, and even after closing. Brad has exceeded our expectations as to what an agent should be and stands as a living example of what an agent should aspire to be. Over the course of our professional relationship Brad has also become a friend.
