Bonita started her career in 1992 as a loan processor at a Marin County mortgage brokerage. She has held a variety of positions throughout the years such as processor, loan servicer, doc drawer, assistant to a top producing loan originator, and for the last 22 years has been a high producing loan officer. She prides herself in her ability to find solutions to challenging scenarios, and on her vast knowledge of agency, non-agency, and government guidelines.
Reina started as a loan processor in 2012. During her time as a processor she developed an in-depth understanding of the loan process, loan packaging, and underwriting guidelines which serves as a critical component to her success as a loan officer. She prides herself on her impeccable communication and organizational skills. Her attention to detail, ability to anticipate customer needs, and great people skills assure you a smooth and seamless closing.
