Hi! My name is Ben Waldrop, I look forward to getting to know you. I was raised in the north Georgia area. I love the beautiful countryside and down to earth people. My work ethic and discipline were developed at a young age. I joined the Army in 1991 and immediately wanted to give my best. So, I volunteered to be a U.S. Army Airborne Ranger. Later in my career I discovered a great way to help Soldiers achieve their goals and dreams using the military. So, I transitioned to Recruiting and Retention for the Army National Guard. As a Recruiter, I was able to be a career counselor and mentor until I retired in 2013. I became a realtor after retiring because I felt it was a way to continue serving and helping folks.
I understand the stress and complexity of moving, renting, selling and purchasing homes. For over 20 years military service, I served in several locations in the United States. I’ve rented, owned and sold several homes. I financed with conventional, FHA and VA approved loans. I bought my first investment property in 1997. I bring that knowledge and experience to real estate transactions. I believe it takes more than a smile and a sign out front to sell a home. It takes motivation, dedication, personal networking as well as social media, knowledge of online marketing and much more. My buyers like the fact that I move quickly on their behalf and lookout for their interest. I am pleased to provide clients with much deserved patience, concern, information and guidance. I understand that your home is a sanctuary and a significant financial commitment. I look forward to serving you!
