My name is Agustin Sequeira relocated from Ventura Ca. When my parents retired here in Las Vegas 1994.

I wasn’t used to living in a different state, so I joined the U.S. Army proudly served from 1995 to 1999, witnessing all the great changes in my new city; after getting out of the army.

I worked for TSA right after 911 and realized that I had wanted to become a Realtor, after reading the Rich Dad Poor dad book.

I started buying homes in 2001 and became a Realtor in 2005. I joined realty Executives of Nevada. Where I worked my way up to having an office next to the owner Jeff Moore. I learned a lot from him, but I overextended myself when the bubble burst-ed. Therefore, I joined the army again to support my family.

Now, is my second chance at making the most of this awesome business, I have worked with other Great Brokers, like John Albran, of Remax and also, Derek Miyano of ADG Realty.

Currently, I feel that I have a great urge to help people out in all aspects of real estate.

I work with first time buyers and investors and love to teach people about real estate it’s my passion, I love it!!

Probably the most professional AND courteous agent I have ever met. Agustin did not make us feel that our home purchasing experience was just another financial/asset transaction. He genuinely cared about our wants, needs and anxieties that come with buying a home. If you want to work with an honest realtor who is looking out for your best interest, this is the man to go with.
