Second year working with Heidi and she’s simply amazing! Came to her needing insurance and knew it could cost an arm and a leg. She got me great insurance that was very very affordable. I have referred people to Heidi and will continue to, she made a stressful situation almost fun;)

Hello, I have been working with Heidi, for quite a few months and she has had tremendous patience as I explored the many different options. My cobra insurance was ending and I wasn’t eligible for Medicare. I needed help understanding my options. Heidi was wonderful and patient with me. She explained how access health CT works and what plans I was eligible for after taking my history. Heidi is awesome. She came to my house and showed me the different Medicare advantage programs to chose from. She was very informative and I was able to make my decision. I placed a call to HEIDI L****** on TUESDAY AUGUST 6th looking to get HEALTH CARE COVERAGE! I was WITHOUT HEALTHCARE COVERAGE and 7 days away from having SURGERY!! I left a voicemail message to HEIDI regarding why I was calling and she returned my call within minutes of my leaving the message. HEIDI WAS AMAZING!! We went over all my options and we came up with a PLAN that WAS PERFECT FOR ME!! SHE MADE ALL THE RIGHT CALLS and CONNECTED with all the right people. By FRIDAY AUGUST 9th it WAS CONFIRMED that I NOW HAD HEALTH CARE COVERAGE and I could go ahead with my scheduled surgery on TUESDAY AUGUST 13th!! WITHOUT HEIDI and her EXPERTISE I would HAVE had to POSTPONE my SURGERY until I got HEALTH CARE COVERAGE or paid the bill out of my pocket! HEIDI I HAVE passed your name and number on to family and friends along with my review of your professionalism and expertise!! I know you will be receiving some phone calls! THANK YOU HEIDI FOR ALL YOU DID FOR ME!! ***** **

My agent Heidi was so helpfu I was completely clueless and she just helped me through the whole process. I wish there were so many more out there like her. She really helped my husband and I threw all the rough spots and made us understand everything that we didn’t. she is a godsend last person that we had was just awful and got me into a lot of trouble and Hiedi got us out of everything and turned me into the right direction and explained everything piece by piece numerous times. I wish there was something that we could do to really really thank her for all her help. She was tremendous and we need to get more people like her.

Heidi was extremely helpful to my Wife and my self understand the choices we had pertaining to our insurance coverage effective on January 1 2024. She took the time to explain our decision relative to the best plan we were eligible for considering our current state of health including the medication we were currently on. She paid a visit to our home on Saturday the 11th of November 2023. We were also invited to a Seminar being held next Saturday, I believe it is. My wife and I give her a 10 out of 10 regarding her knowledge of all things relevant to our health insurance needs at this time.
