My stepfather passed away. Along with his government pension, his healthcare plan that my mother was under was now gone. He never set things up correctly when they got married late in life. It was hard enough going through his death during COVID and I had to figure out healthcare for my mom. Cliff was gracious and helpful. I provide her medication list and he evaluated what plan would work best and was able to counsel me on obtaining the release from the previous insurance company in order to get the correct pricing for my mom’s insurance. In addition, when my job switched insurance companies he provided insight regarding adding my husband who is a disabled veteran to my insurance policy. Unfortunately, the VA benefits provided to our military is sorely lacking.
