Our principal agent is licensed as Paul M. Cholak as an agent in Florida (license P041594) and has filed a fictitious name registration in Florida as Get Insurance Anywhere. He presently operates a one-person agency named Paul M. Cholak (the Florida Agency license number is L030722). All commissions payable from carriers are paid directly to the agent and no commissions are paid to the Agency.
Paul has resident and non-resident life, health, and fixed annuity insurance licenses in 33 states (see insurance licenses), is registered to sell individual and family Affordable Care Act plans on the Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM), and is certified to sell plans to Medicare-eligibles. He meets all applicable license, appointment and registration or certification requirements to sell any product he offers. He is not employed by and does not represent any government agency or entity.
He has extensive benefits experience and has been Director of Employee Benefits for large companies, as well as a benefits consultant with major consulting firms. He understands the health and life insurance needs of individuals and families of all ages and has considerable experience in selling health and life insurance to employer groups.
