Jenice McCoy

We got completely overwhelmed in the healthcare marketplace and were very grateful to find Jenice’s number on the healthcare.gov website. Jenice answered on the first ring, and immediately began coordinating a time to get us in the office. She welcomed us to her home office and even offered us refreshments. She was so patient — I ask a lot of questions, especially “what if we do ___ instead” questions that required her to rework our policies several times. She never complained and was very sympathetic about how confusing and frustrating the healthcare system is to navigate alone. It was more like visiting a trusted friend than meeting an insurance agent for the first time. Jenice was extremely knowledgeable, very responsive via text and phone and email, and she really delivered an experience that was above and beyond what we had ever dreamed of.
