About Ann Hartlaub
Ann has worked with seniors in their homes for over ten years, advocating for their needs, and helping families navigate the system and services for their aging family members. Ann also has a strong background in sales, management, finance, and networking. Originally from Wisconsin, Ann moved to Minneapolis in 2013. Prior to that when she lived in Texas, she worked in the fitness industry helping people achieve their fitness goals whether it meant competing in an Ironman or to simply keep moving. This was a great way to meet and help people of all ages, from all types of communities and backgrounds.
Ann can help you create the very best plan to meet yours or your family members individual care need(s), taking into account budget, desired location, and preferences for your family member. Ann can assist by finding/vetting qualified in-home care and other services to stay at home or locate residential communities when staying at home is not a safe option. Transition is overwhelming, whether that is going through a safety evaluation or moving to a new place. Ann can help walk you through the steps and talk about all of your options and any question you may have. If there is something outside of Ann’s scope of assistance, she can connect you with a list of vetted professionals to help.
Ann volunteers with the Alzheimer’s Association and the American Parkinson’s Disease Association. She also organizes and participates in causes that are important to her neighborhood, like Backpacks for Kids, Polar Plunge, and the Epilepsy Foundation.
