Proactive and creative are a couple words I would use to describe how I run my mortgage business. I’m passionate about helping families with their homeownership goals.
Prior to starting my mortgage career in 1997 I was in the US Army during Desert Storm and am a war veteran. The Army is where I formed consistent communication skills and a deep passion for strengthening American families.
My parents immigrated from Costa Rica in the late 1960’s and became American Citizens in the 1980’s. I was born in the US but was fortunate enough to grow up traveling to Costa Rica every summer and am fluent in both Spanish and English. My husband is also a veteran. We have 4 grown children and 2 beautiful granddaughters. I raised my family in the Pacific Northwest and absolutely love it here. In the summers we enjoy camping, boating and wakeboarding and in the winters, we enjoy snowboarding and traveling to warm tropical locations. I’m a foodie and love to entertain my friends and family. My husband and I also enjoy putting together community service events, whether it be to help clean up our beautiful beaches and park or delivering food to families in need.
Myself and my team have been coaching clients through the home buying process for over 20 years. The high level of trust and friendship we build with each new client is what brings us the most joy.
I specialize in supporting US Veterans as they utilize their VA benefits whether it be to purchase their first home, build their dream home with a VA construction loan or refinance their current home with a VA IRRRL (interest rate reduction refinance loan).
