Eddie Beauduy

Eddie Beauduy is hands down the BEST loan officer and finance guy to go through for all of your home loan needs. I’ve worked with him on 3 refinances now, and every time he alone has simplified the process. No matter what is going on in your loan, Eddie is there to assist you, night or day. He is very friendly, helpful, outgoing and doesn’t use industry specific jargon to explain things. He also goes out of his way to assist other outside agencies and makes sure that they are staying on top of what they need to do. The biggest bonus with working with Eddie is that he is very military friendly, and understands that we have unorthodox hours and schedules, and works with you to make sure things are handled correctly. He is well versed in the VA funding process and will even go as far as to learn the specific details that your state loan process may have that could save you money!
