I have had the pleasure to work with Pat Buck in the search for me a new home. I have found Pat to be very professional as well as personable. She is always available and makes every effort to be there when you need her. She is insightful as to your needs and gives 100% effort to fulfill them. It has been my experience with Pat Buck that she knows the Real Estate business very well and can make things happen in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Pat Buck to anyone seeking a professional agent who is knowledgeable and .easy to work with.

Patrice is second to none, you won’t find a more honest or hardworking realtor, or person, for that matter. She really goes out of her way to take care of her people.

Pat was everything you would want in a realtor. She went above and beyond during the buying process. Although there were numerous stumbling blocks, Pat was able to work through the issues. We appreciate all of her efforts and willingness to get us through the buying.

Pat has sold us not only our first house, but our second house (3 years later) as well. She has always been so honest and forthcoming about the homes that we looked at, and believe me, we looked at a LOT! Pat was so patient with us and genuinely wanted what was best for our little family. Can’t say enough good things about her!
