Steven was truly the key to making my home buying process a success. His background in home financing helped me overcome major obstacles when one underwriter denied my loan due to his concerns over the appraisal just days before closing. Steven found me a new lender the same day and kept the process moving forward. When my loan officer went on vacation right before closing, Steven stepped in to keep the lending company on track so I could close on time. Without his assistance, I’d still be renting.
