Rich is probably the best realtor I have ever been associated with. As a retired Veteran, I have moved countless times and sold/purchased multiple properties. By far, Rich was the most professional and efficient realtor I have worked with. Upon contacting him, he received my feedback, and developed a plan that we both agreed on. Not once did he fail to return my call/text/email. I never had to remind him of any of our agreed objectives. He was proactive, and always a step ahead. He set me up with a great Lender, and they both worked hand and hand throughout the process and kept me updated on almost a daily basis. Whenever I wanted to view a home, he was on the phone, setting up a time/date that worked for me, without fail. When we ran into some issues with the VA Loan process, he and the lender were on it, ensuring any and all issues were resolved.
