Patty Clark is a REALTOR in the Denver Metro Area servicing all surrounding cities as well as rural areas.
She has served the Denver area in the Real Estate capacity since 1979. Patty has extensive education and experience to know how to get her clients the best deals. Example of her education is Certified Residential Specialist, Certified Negotiation Expert, Certified Stager, Graduate of the Real Estate Institute, Master of Real Estate, Short Sale and Foreclosure Expert. To keep current on all aspects of Real Estate, Patty is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Colorado Association of Realtors and Aurora Association of Realtors.
Patty was raised as an Army brat. She did extensive travelling all over the world with her family and Army Colonel dad.
Patty’s hobby is teaching country line dancing to Seniors. It’s good for their soul, balance and brain stimulation.
