Patty grew up in the Atlanta area and started her career as an elementary school teacher. She has expanded her horizons and started a successful career in real estate where she epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work, and creative service in every detail of a real estate transaction. She has worked every aspect in this industry representing sellers, buyers, investors, and tenants, in both the commercial and residential markets.
Patty’s extensive knowledge of Atlanta’s real estate market is unparalleled. Her clients have consistently sought her advice and her trusted judgement on many deals. Patty prides herself by giving all of her clients, both individual and institutional, the most precise and up-to-date feedback on the state of the market, its trends, comparable sales and property values, giving them a realistic outlook on what they can expect to achieve in today’s market.
Patty resides in Mableton with her two sons and enjoys volunteering for charitable events and civic activities. During her free time, she enjoys playing golf, swimming and playing tennis.
Patty holds a Masters in Teaching from Piedmont College and a Bachelors in Education from LaGrange College.
