Because the real estate industry is constantly changing, you need the assistance of an experienced agent to look out for your needs. Most of my business comes from repeat customers and referrals because they know the kind of service they will received. Since becoming licensed in 1995, I continue to take courses to stay on the top of the market. I am a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute GRI, an Accredited Buyer’s Rep ABR, and a Certified Residential Specialist CRS. Only 3% of all Realtors in the entire nation hold the CRS designation. I continue to take classes online and always attend our annual state conventions.
My sister, Kim, and I own HouseWarmings in Bangor. HouseWarmings offers a fun shopping experience for gifts, home decor, repurposed, and vintage merchandise. Kim runs the store, but I do help out during the busy Christmas season and do a few shows. Both my office and HouseWarmings are housed in the historic Elsen House Hotel in Bangor. Built in 1900, the hotel was a vital part of the Bangor business district. The third floor has been preserved and it still looks like it did in its heyday. Stop in, I would love to give you a tour!
I am a lifelong resident of the La Crosse area, a graduate of Bangor schools and UWL. My ancestors were some of the early settlers of Bangor and it is where I raised my 3 children Megan, Morgan, and Ryan. I am a member of the Bangor Preservation Committee which is trying to revitalize the downtown business district. I enjoy traveling, gardening, reading, and cooking. I am a member of the Bangor business club, historical society, Bluff Country Master Gardeners, Superintendent at the La Crosse Co fair, and treasurer of the Burns Firefly fest. I also enjoy spending time with my 3 grandsons, Caleb, Isaac, and Jonah and my significant other, Jeff.
