We met Annette and Jimmy through a very basic phone call where i had inquired about the local Homes for Heroes program. (A program that helps lower some fees when it comes to buying a house, among other benefits) Annette and Jimmy had us hooked instantly. Not because they were great sales people, which they are, but because of their patience with us. We are a young couple and had tons of questions. Annette and Jimmy were able to make sure we were informed and this was before we even met in person.
Finding a house with Annette and Jimmy was easy, my wife told them what she wanted to see and Annette and Jimmy made it happen, even working with our crazy schedule.
When it came to the house we had our hearts set on Annette and Jimmy made sure we didn’t jump in the deep end. They were right there with us, nit picking possible issues. Not trying to cover them up and sell a lemon. Annette and Jimmy gave us a feeling of security and trust even though we barely knew them.
The house was selected and the loan process was started. A long loan process for us due to my job. Annette and Jimmy again were there if I had any questions about anything: the house, the loan, inspections or repairs. Everything Annette and Jimmy said they would do, they delivered on. If it was something they were handling it was done in a timely manner.
Post closing, thing are still being handled by the sellers that they could not do before closing day. Annette and Jimmy have continued to keep in touch with any updates they receive and they are always there to answer any questions we have.

We have had the pleasure to work with this team for over 10 years. Annette and Jimmy managed our property as a rental for these 10 years while being we were in the military and then took over to sell our property. They both were a great team and made sure all details we covered to present the property the best they could. As a rental they took care of all items fast and quality work.
